To serve our guests to the best of our ability, our voicemail asks all guests to reach out to us at [email protected] or on our Facebook page. From there, one of our reservations will answer any questions you have and contact you by phone if needed.

We begin check-in 30 minutes prior to tour departure and the tour departs on time. Late arrivals may not be accepted due to liability issues. If you do miss your tour, please contact us and we will gladly rebook you to another time. We do not offer refunds for late arrivals or no shows.

Rarely. Flooding, Tropical Storms, Hurricanes, Fires and Cloud to Ground Lightning within the French Quarter are the only reasons a tour would be cancelled. We do not cancel for rain, cold, snow, sleet or other inclement weather.

Yes. $5 per person and it is applicable to any booking that did not book directly through our website or over the phone.

No! The city of New Orleans enforces a legal limit of people each tour guide can take out. If you just show up, it is quite possible we will not be able to accommodate you. The ticket cost for walk-up with no reservations is $25 per person.

Although children are allowed on tour, we do not recommend the evening ghost tour for children under 12 as it does contain gruesome content. The daytime cemetery tour is more family-friendly.

We are closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Mardi Gras Day. On other holidays, we may be operating with a limited tour schedule due to closures of cemeteries and other businesses. If you are interested in a tour on a holiday, it is best to call to confirm availability.

We do not have a physical office location. If you’d like to book, you can do so on our website or by calling.

Leashed dogs and service animals are allowed on every tour except for the Cemetery Insiders tour. Only certified service animals are allowed inside the cemeteries.

Although the majority of our tours are mostly wheelchair accessible as they do take place outside, New Orleans’ streets tend to be in disrepair and one of our stops may not be accessible. We will do our best to accommodate anyone who wants to join our tour.
