Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations are required for all guaranteed spots. If you choose to walk up, the cost is always $25 and space is not guaranteed, you will be on standby.
Groupon requires a 24-48 hour reservation and you must call to book to be sure we are not in a blackout period.
Living Social and TravelZoo have a 24 hour reservation requirement and you must call to book to be sure we are not in a blackout period.
For all other 3-party vouchers, reservations are automatic.
We go rain or shine. Free rebooking during the most inclement of weather. All other rebooking for non-inclement weather are $5/person rebooking fee.
No shows who wish to reschedule will also incur the $5 per person rebooking fee.
Reservations can be made up to a year in advance.
Cancellations/Refunds
Strict no refunds policy.
Cancellations 72-hours or more in advance will be refunded. All others are on a case by case basis.
No refunds for no shows, late arrivals or other issues in the guests control.
Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, however, due to the nature of our industry are unable to make any additional promises beyond what is offered currently. Thank you for your understanding.
Private Tours
Private Tours require advance booking, a deposit at time of booking and a credit card on file for final payment 24 hours before scheduled departure.
Gratuities
Gratuities not included. Gratuities are tips guests give as an extra thank you to tour guides. Tips are never mandatory, but are greatly appreciated by all our guides. If you’re unsure what, when or how much, the best guidelines are $3-$10 per person in your party.
Giveaways & Special Offers
For any and all giveaways, no purchase is required.
Limited Liability
By taking a tour you’re agreeing to assume full responsibility for any injuries (both physical, mental or otherwise). The streets of New Orleans are uneven and often in disrepair. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for your tour and watch where you are walking at all times.
Right To Refuse Service
Tours guides may ask guests to leave a tour if they are belligerent, rude or violent. No refunds will be issued for guests who are asked to leave or who choose to leave a tour early.
Usage Of This Website
In accordance with the Child’s Online Privacy Protection Act, visitors agree they are of the legal age of your state or place of residence.
